We are very happy with the work completed by Moises of Arellano Huizar Construction. Moises provided us with a fair bid and completed the projects on time. He provided excellent communication and attention to detail throughout the process. We were out of town during the roofing phase of the project and Moises updated us daily with texts, photos and videos of their progress. This really helped set our minds at ease knowing that the work was being completed with integrity. The house and garage were built in 1982, and not all of it was done to code. Because of this, Moises and his team encountered some challenges to improve the structure of the garage and repair damage from improper installation of flashing from the previous owners. Our roof on all structures looks straight, even and is stronger than ever because of Moises and his team’s hard work. Moises and his team also installed fascia to the entire house. He responded to our feedback about a couple placements of the boards and reinstalled them to meet our aesthetic intent. He also installed soffit boards that he built himself to accommodate an area of the house that did not have standard dimensions. We can highly recommend Moises of Arellano Huizar Construction for your next project. His excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities resulted in a project that exceeded our expectations.
